Board of Directors

Our sole shareholder is Te Rūnanga o Ngāti Awa.  The Ngāti Awa Group Holdings Board comprises of up to five directors from Ngāti Awa, one of whom serves as Chair, and two independent directors.  All Board members are committed to the highest standards of corporate governance, accountability, and management.
